Open Cities Skyrim is a comprehensive project that aims to bring back at least part of the feel of Morrowind - specifically how most of the cities were a natural part of the world and you could just walk in without loading screens. Note that this patch won't fix the quest bugs (if there are some) created by Open Cities Skyrim. It's almost a guarantee my game will crash when entering Riften. Remove mods from load after rules which had minor conflicts. (PS- It doesn't include city textures, stop asking!) Spoiler. I posted about a month ago asking if the two aforementioned mods were compatible and was told no and that it might take up a lot of memory. Reddit user Thallassa has a two part review here.
